Avalon by Josh Phillips.  Ended indefinitely, and unfinished, but what's there is good.

College Roomies From Hell!!! by Maritza Campos.  Hard to describe, you just have to see it for yourself.  It's worth it.

Count Your Sheep by Adrian Ramos.  A cute and very clever comic.

Ctrl+Alt+Del by Tim Buckley. An amusing comic about computer and video games.

Kevin & Kell by Bill Holbrook of On The Fastrack and Safe Havens.  One if the earliest online strips, by an established cartoonist.

Melonpool by Steve Troop.  Clever long-running strip about space aliens trying to blend in on earth.

Ozy & Millie by David Craig Simpson.  Often compared favorably to Calvin & Hobbes.

Shortpacked! by David Willis. A comic strip about toys and working in retail from the creator of the Sci-Fi strip It's Walky!

Starslip Crisis by Kris Straub. A compelling sci-fi strip.

Toy Trunk Railroad by Erik Sansom.  A Model Railroad Comic!

Two Lumps: The Adventures of Ebenezer & Snooch by J. Grant & Mel Hynes.  The life and times of two Russian Blue cats.  Based on real cats.

Wapsi Square by Paul Taylor. Another great comic that is hard to describe.

Forgotten NY - Forgotten history of New York City that the tourists never see.  Fascinating site!

Fred On Everything - Somewhat eccentric journalist Fred Reed has an opinion on everything, and while its usually not pretty, there's a lot of cold truth in his columns.  Very cynical and sarcastic.
