TrainTime & Trainfest 2002
Two major
model train shows that take place every year in Milwaukee, Wisconsin are
Trainfest and TrainTime. Here is a look at both these shows in 2002.
TrainTime
2002
TrainTime is an annual model train show held by the
Society of Model
Engineers at the
Milwaukee School of Engineering every year since the 1960s. The show
is traditionally held during the first weekend in March, which
corresponds with the end of MSOE's spring break. Here are some pictures
from the 2002 show.

Trainfest 2002
Trainfest, a model train show sponsored by the
Wisconsin
Southeastern Division of the
National Model Railroad
Association and the Model Railroad Industry Association (now the
Model Railroad Division of the
Hobby Manufacturers
Association) is billed as the America's largest operating model
railroad show, and indeed, it is comparable to the National Model
Railroad Association's
National
Train Show and the
World's Greatest Hobby on Tour show in that it features not only
layouts and vendors, but also manufacturers. The show is traditionally
held in November.
